How/When do I pay?
Broken Arrow requires 100% down before your order is placed. We do not however produce ANYTHING without your approval, so you get to check over everything before its processed.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have 6-piece minimum order. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for more information and unique situations.

Do I have to get all the same size?
Of course not! You can order multiple sizes! They can even all be on the same order, which gets you a better price, as long as we can create the same size design on all of them.

Do I have to get all the same color garment?
Nope! You can get multiple colors within the same order as long as the rhinestones and design remain the same.

Are white garments cheaper than colors?
Yes, white garments are a little bit less expensive, but not by much! If you want a colored garment but are looking to reduce your cost, reduce the number of rhinestones instead!

Can I get a garment sample?
Yes, we do provide sample garments. We ask that you pay for the items at a discounted price plus $5 per item for shipping. Call 800.810.4692 for more details or to order samples.

Yes! Right now you can see our easy to use online catalog. We carry a large variety of products from a number of vendors who can find almost anything you need.

What happens if I cancel my order
If you cancel your order, we have a $50 cancellation fee as well as a 20% restocking fee for ordered garments.

UPS says it's a [X] day ship to my location, can you guarantee it will get to me by then?
We wish we had control over UPS, but unfortunately, we don't. Although we cannot guarantee UPS's shipping times, we can guarantee that we will give it to UPS in the time agreed upon between you and our sales reps. Occasionally, UPS does have delays in their services based on weather or unforeseen issues, so it's best to allot yourself a couple of extra days before your deadline.

We allow SIX business days for production after you have approved artwork. Your order will ship on the next business day. Delivery time varies depending on your location.

How much does it cost for Broken Arrow to convert my artwork into rhinestones?
We have no art fees for simple and standard art with your custom garment order. Broken Arrow reserves the right to apply a $199 art charge for complex art.

What happens when I upload my art?
When you upload your art, it is sent to us to view! We take a look at it and email you back within 24 hours with questions or comments. If you have questions, you can include those in the comments section before uploading your artwork.

What types of files do you accept?
Vector art built in Adobe illustrator is the best to send us, but we have a wide range of file types we can use. You can visit our Art Information Page for a comprehensive list.

Do you have free shipping?
Yes! We have free shipping for orders less than 999 garments via UPS Ground to anywhere in the US, except Alaska or Hawaii. We also provide free shipping to military APO addresses. If you need shipping outside of these parameters, shipping fees may apply.
